We provide effective communication training to achieve positive behavioural change to increase team  engagement, productivity and adaptability.

These skills enable leaders to improve communication, unite and influence stakeholders and help create positive impact within the new emerging economy.

All courses will be CPD accredited* and created by Authentic Purpose so you can be confident that your learning content has been intelligently created by experts.

* Earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points with our courses. You will be awarded either a Diploma, Advanced Certificate or Foundation Certificate from Authentic Purpose (AP) as well as credits & certification from the Continuing Professional Development accreditation body.

These can be delivered as online sessions, in-person at one of our unique venues or in-house.
Team training and bespoke programmes are available, delivered at a time to suit you.

Choose from 5-day Advanced Certificates, 2-day Intermediate Certificates or 1-day Foundation Certificated programmes.

For convenience, we offer a unique Essential Communication Skills Course online, supported by virtual face-to-face coaching.
